Every Year Lundstrum Offers a fun-filled Musical Theater Summer!
Our musical theater intensives and evening classes are taught by professional performers and are seriously fun. Students are absorbed in a creative musical theater environment with passionate teaching artists of music, singing and vocal production, acting and scene work, ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and more. Kids will make new friends and new memories. Don’t miss out!

That lovable family of creepy kooks is alive and well and living in their super-spooky mansion in Central Park. The Addams family, led by the elegantly gaunt and seemingly undead Morticia and her ever-devoted husband Gomez, is in turmoil. Their daughter Wednesday, now 18, finds herself falling in love—a sensation that is unsettling for both her and her family of endearing misfits. When the teen invites her new boyfriend, Lucas Beineke, over with his “normal” family to get better acquainted with the Addams household, comic chaos (including everything from an amorous giant squid to mixed-up potions to a scorching tango) ensues.

2024 SUMMER EVENING CLASSES
Summer evening classes run six weeks. These musical theater classes are specially designed for our younger aged students. Both new and returning students will enjoy the Disney themed songs while honing their performance skills in a nurturing environment. Classes start June 10 and run until July 23 (No classes July 1st and 2nd).

A nurturing musical theater class with live accompaniment for young performers to have fun and grow in confidence as they learn the basics of dance and creative play. With a final class room presentation of “Impossible” from Cinderella and the Prince for family and friends!

A fun musical theater class with live accompaniment. Students will grow in confidence as they learn the fundamentals of dance, song and creative play. And a final class room presentation of “A Whole New World” from Aladdin and Jasmine for family and friends!

A fun musical theater class with live accompaniment. Students will grow in confidence as they learn the fundamentals of dance, song and creative play. And a final class room presentation of “Go Into Your Dance” from the Broadway Musical 42nd Street!
Performing Arts Workshop

Great for young performers wanting to reach the next level! Students learn Broadway style numbers as they practice dancing, singing and acting with live accompaniment. With a rootin tootin final class room presentation of “I Got The Sun In The Morning” Annie Oakley and friends.
HIP HOP

Students engage in high energy, urban street style dance, using a variety of movements from percussive to fluid. This upbeat class is designed for beginning-intermediate learners.

Creative movement and musical theater adapted for students with special needs and star power! Performers study acting, dancing, and singing with their peers and live accompaniment. PCAs can participate for free.
ADULT TAP

Some tap experience required.
For adults wanting to improve their tap skills in a social environment taught by Rick Ausland. Learn the vocabulary of tap, rhythms, weight changes and innovative choreography in this invigorating and supportive class.
SUMMER Private Lessons
Lundstrum Performing Arts offers individual lessons and coaching in singing, acting and dance for ages 8 and up. Instructors will help you discover your true voice and cultivate good performance habits. Private lessons will help you become a more confident performer.
