LARRY AND JEAN LEJEUNE
Larry and Jean Lejeune are long-time supporters of Lundstrum and its mission. Jean was herself a student of Dorothy Lundstrum, while Larry has served on our board of directors for many years. They both resonate strongly with Lundstrum’s message of virtue and family values.
“The Lundstrum Center provides a safe and encouraging place for students to go after school to train in dance, voice and drama. The Lundstrum Center provides more than an artistic outlet though. It’s in the business of child development and makes a difference in the lives of many students, not just underprivileged youth. It’s a place where students gain a sense of pride while developing life-long skills. We have sincere admiration for the Casserly sisters’ passion and dedication to teaching the art of Broadway musical theater while integrating the values we treasure.”
DON AND SONDRA SAMUELS
Don and Sondra Samuels are pillars of the North Minneapolis community. Don is the CEO of Microgrants, an organization that gives small grants to people of potential to help them fund their education, businesses, and modes of transportation. Sondra is the CEO of the Northside Achievement Zone, which provides supports for families to end poverty and build a culture of achievement in North Minneapolis. Lundstrum strongly supports the works of Don and Samuel, and we are equally grateful for the generous ways that they have supported our mission to be a light in the community.
