Lundstrum Performing Arts’ 25th annual Fundraising Gala brings together Twin Cities community leaders and youth advocates for a night of entertainment and fun to support excellence and access for ALL children through the Lundstrum Scholarship Fund. The evening includes a cocktail reception with hearty hor d’oeuvres, followed by a one-of-a-kind musical review in the Lundstrum Theater that features Lundstrum rising stars and professional performers from the Twin Cities theater community. Since 2000s, Lundstrum Performing Arts has been a springboard for talent in the Twin Cities. Beyond the professional arts training, Lundstrum students also receive lasting benefits from Lundstrum’s unique arts-based youth development program: cultural literacy, teamwork, community mentors and the ability to imagine new possibilities for their lives.

Based in North Minneapolis since 1927, Lundstrum Performing Arts uses quality performing arts training to help young people develop their artistic skills, grow in confidence, and find their unique place in the world.
Lundstrum Performing Arts brings joy and self-discovery through the performing arts to all students, with an emphasis on economically disadvantaged populations. Last year, over 52% of Lundstrum students were students of color, and nearly 30% relied on some sort of financial assistance.
Lundstrum is also a springboard for talent — especially diverse talent — to Minnesota’s rich artistic community, with Lundstrum alumni performing at the Guthrie Theater, Children’s Theatre, Stages Theater, and many other theaters, dance companies, and music Industry.
