Lundstrum Health and Wellness Policy

Lundstrum Performing Arts is committed to the health of our students, faculty and staff - physical and emotional. We believe that the joy of the arts and the connections with others is important, and we want to ensure our community comes together in ways that are safe and comfortable for all.

Lundstrum’s Health and Wellness policy is to help guide students and families as they make decisions about attending class.

  • Please stay home if your student is feeling ill for any reason, including fever, sore throat, cough or runny nose. Please notify our registrar that you are not coming in for class and your teacher will be happy to accommodate as they can.

Parent Quote

additional parent info

Open Communication - We continue to rely on good communication from our Lundstrum family and we ask that parents report any illness to Registrar’s office. If a student has to miss class for any reason, know we will work with you to provide material so that the student can catch up on instruction.

Showcases - In addition to live performances, video of showcase performances will also be made available for those who cannot join us in person.

For Students

Bring to class

Make sure you have everything you will need for class with you:

  • Masks are optional.

  • Your dancewear (leotard and tights) already on, and bring all your shoes for each class. A socially distant space will be provided for you to keep shoes/dancewear during class.

  • A water bottle with your name on it. Hydration is important to staying in good health.

Remember if you’re not feeling well to stay home.
Take care of your health, and we’ll see you again when you’re feeling better!
