Joan has served as a Board Member of Lundstrum Performing Arts since 2007, and stepped into the Managing Director role in 2015, where she oversees administrative planning and fundraising for the organization. Joan is an experienced nonprofit executive, working over the years with many large and small Twin Cities organizations in the areas of fundraising, planning, and staff mentoring. She loves supporting the Lundstrum mission of performing arts with a purpose, and is proud to be a part of a great staff team.
Patty has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. After spending 20+ years assisting organizations with compensation and benefits, she longed for a change that would feed her artistic side. She started at Lundstrum as a volunteer in 2007 and worked her way up to Operations Manager. She is responsible for accounts payable, payroll, organizational statistics, managing human resources, helping to create organizational and program budgets and contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Patty enjoys seeing the growth the children make and is so proud of each and every one of them.
Brendan received his bachelor‘s degree in Communications from the University of Tampa in 2011. Growing up around musical theater his whole life he naturally found himself a home at Lundstrum Performing Arts. He’s been on the Lundstrum team as a Marketing Assistant for 2 years. Brendan’s responsibilities range from social media updates and web maintenance to technology upkeep and IT support.

Andrew holds a B.A. in K-12 Vocal and Classroom Music from Concordia University, St. Paul (2002). The son of a director/choreographer, Andrew grew up on and behind the stage. Throughout his life, Andrew has starred in and helped produce a wide array of productions. Andrew joined the Lundstrum team in the fall of 2013 and is responsible for the technical components of all Lundstrum events and productions. He also coordinates facility rentals and manages the School Outreach program. As someone who is passionate about education and theater as tools for future success, Andrew is dedicated to Lundstrum's mission and vision and it's impact on the lives of young people in the community.
Nora is Lundstrum’s newest team member and is a Chicagoland native. An alumna of both Drake University (BA in Art History) and Johns Hopkins University (MA in Museum Studies and Nonprofit Management), Nora manages Lundstrum’s donor program, fundraising events, and volunteer efforts. With 2 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia and 12 years of musical theater productions and classes in her younger years, Nora felt a natural pull to Lundstrum. She loves the role theater arts training plays in building self-confidence and promoting personal growth.
Tim is a Minnesota native who holds a B.A in Theater and Political Science from Luther College. He grew up performing in similar programs run in his home town and was immediately drawn to Lundstrum’s mission. As the Registrar, he is responsible for registrations, assisting parents with financial assistance, and billing. He enjoys being a part of an organization that has a positive impact on so many students.
