The Katherine Dunham residency is dedicated to the late great Patrick Moore (1971–2022) — a brilliant performer, teacher, mentor, and friend. A native of East St. Louis, Illinois, he credited the Katherine Dunham Center for the Performing Arts for igniting his love of the craft. Patrick shared his incredible gifts with thousands of students at Lundstrum Performing Arts in his lifetime.
